Euston Station – Former CSL Rooms Refurbishment

21st July 2025

Company, Industry, News

Swallow Site Services is proud to share another successful project delivered under our Network Rail Framework Agreement — this time at Euston Station in Central London.

As one of the busiest transport hubs in the UK, Euston demands precision, efficiency, and discretion when it comes to any improvement works. Our team was tasked with the minor refurbishment of the former CSL Rooms, delivering all aspects of the scope with care, professionalism, and — crucially — minimal disruption to ongoing station operations.

Scope of Works

This light-touch refurbishment included:

  • Full redecoration of the former CSL Rooms
  • Installation of new carpet tiles
  • Final finishes and detail work
  • Waste removal and responsible disposal

Collaboration & Execution

From initial planning through to handover, this project showcased the strength of our collaborative working practices. Early engagement with Network Rail’s Station Interface Managers ensured the works were coordinated, risk-managed, and safely delivered in a live operational environment.

Our team brought the same “can-do” attitude we’re known for — ensuring a smooth and efficient refurbishment from start to finish.

The Outcome

Despite the constraints of working within a high-traffic rail station, the project was delivered:

  • On time
  • To a high standard
  • With zero disruption to passengers or station staff

It’s another example of Swallow Site Services quietly getting the job done — safely, efficiently, and to spec.

Thanks to our site teams and to Network Rail for the continued trust and collaboration.
